English: Routemaster bus RM795 (reg. WLT 795) was delivered to London Transport in July 1961. It saw use in London until final withdrawal in November 1986. In May 1987 it was bought by Marley Extrusions of Lenham, Kent, who used it as a promotional vehicle (having been converted for the purpose by LT). In January 1993 it was bought by the Pluckley, Kent based coach operator AJ & NM Carr. In 1999 it was converted for the UK Semiochemistry Network into "The Nose Bus" as part of a Millenium Commission / National Lottery funded project, removing many of the seats and setting up smell based exhibits, to tour Kent based schools as an educational tool. [1] In February 2001 it joined the collection of The Wealdsman Preservation Group.[2] Remaining in the condition of its Nose Bus use, it has since appeared at rallies.
