A.D.P.O. or Administration Dette Publique Ottomane (Ottoman Public Debt Administration). A.D.P.O. overprinted revenues were used in Syria, A.D.P.O. Z.O. were used in the Lebanese zone. Suleymaniye distinguishes 15 different overprint types.
