Raktangi

Raktangi is a flat headland on the western side of the mouth to the fjord Skálafjørður, Eysturoy, Faroe Islands.

  Standing on Raktangi, viewing southwards: Nólsoy in the east, Sandoy far away, and Streymoy in the west, with the houses on the hills of Hoyvík (Tórshavn) visible. The Skálafjørður would be visible, if you turned left and looked northwards.
