colors

[edit]

I think the red color for russia should be replaced with something else it looks very bias and reminds of the soviet union in that context.--Crossswords (talk) 09:18, 2 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, no problem with that. Would the inversion of the colors be a solution (blue for Russia, red for US) ? Blaue Max (talk) 14:38, 3 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I think that having reversed the colours a year after Russia took Crimea was a cynical thing to do, and in face of what's taking place today, even more. This is not bias, painting Europe in red is bias. Anyway, the map is not very updated, there are no US bases in Israel (there is an American radar station inside an Israeli air force base, which used to be manned by American troops between 2017 and 2021), and there are no US bases in Georgia (maybe the state, but not the country). Indeed the colours are very surprising and produce an undesired effect. Maybe some neutral colours like green and brown could be used. Place Clichy 08:49, 16 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
