The file is now attributed as "own work," which might be an error. Who designed this flag? From what elements was it designed? How does it have the right to be called the "Red ensign of Nova Scotia"? If the uploader created it, as an imaginary design, or as an interpretation of text descriptions, that should be stated. --Abd (talk) 16:53, 23 March 2015 (UTC)
