The art gallery that sold this painting, Grapefruit Moon, has a date of 1925 for the creation of the paining for the Louis F. Dow Company. The only Sultana I could find by that company was in 1931. Information based on that copyright follows:

Copyright should have been renewed in year 28, 1958. Checked 1957, 1958, 1959, no renewal found. Jacqke (talk) 16:27, 12 May 2020 (UTC)
