The author is soliciting contributions on Patreon, and that may be why the license has the NonCommercial restriction.

the files are hosted on youtube so are not copied from the 11foot8 site (they are embedded in that site which means they originate on youtube). yovo6 is the name used on youtube which is the credit that the CC-BY license requires.Geni (talk) 08:14, 13 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
