Other usage[edit]

I also found this photograph used as frontispiece in: Annemarie Schwarzenbach. Auf der Schattenseite, hrsg. von Regina Dieterle und Roger Perret. Basel, 2. Aufl., 1995, with ref. to Roger Perret (born 1950), but without indication of the name of the photographer. Vysotsky (talk) 20:01, 28 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Photo was made by Anita Forrer[edit]

In 2022 it became clear that the portrait of Schwarzenbach holding a Rolleiflex Standard 621 camera was made by Anita Forrer in Malans, Switzerland, in 1938. The original photograph is in the Swiss Literary Archives (SLA). Online source: Helvetica Archives. The copyright of the photo, held by Anita Forrer, was transferred by her to the Swiss Literary Archives (SLA), a department of the Swiss National Library, who subsequently made this photo available under a Creative Commons license (CC-BY-SA-3.0). -- Vysotsky (talk) 13:19, 26 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
