I first thought this one was a funny satirical illustration on how ridiculously far "fake news" is willing to go attempting to undermine the credibility of otherwise credible media. I do however notice that "naturalnews.com" (and healthranger.com and wikipediawarning.com) is not registered with contact information found using whois (except godaddy.com), and that there are several articles on their pages warning about Wikipedia - which I fail to understand as humor. Mike Adams may be real enough - but I fail to understand the agenda of posting this video on Commons.[1] Should I describe this file as satirical or is it straight out "fake news"?
