Summary[edit]
DescriptionYoungClusterAges+Birthrates.tiff |
English: This figure shows the numbers of protostars and pre-main sequence stars in young clusters and complexes, and a grid of cluster ages and birthrates predicted by a model of constant birthrate, core-clump accretion, and equally likely accretion stopping, similar to that in Myers 2011, ApJ,743, 98. The figure shows that most clusters have ages 1-3 Myr. |
