Description

Note at the end of this video, I mentioned how I did a quick search for my error. The specific terms I searched were "python csv extra newline".

As instructors, we know that looking things up on the internet is a touchy "what's OK" and "what's not" topic. However, this is a great example of appropriate searching - I had a very specific problem to my code, namely the extra lines, that I looked up ways to resolve. This would be much different from looking up the entire solution to, say, "calculating average grades" or in the case for our project searching for solutions that haven't been created yet.
