Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The Yellow big Lagos buses known as the 'Molue' were very popular on Nigerian roads before the arrival of the Brt bus. But now where are they?

"The bus can accommodate up to 80 passengers at once , about 55 sitting and 25 standing,"

Battabox presenter Odunayo goes around Lagos looking to find Molue buses and where they have settled since the government's threat of banning them.

"Before now, if you own one Molue bus, you could build a house and buy a car," says the Molue driver

Although people do not take the molue buses anymore thinking they are dirty and only for carrying load to and from the market, but that is not the case.

"Some people think Molue buses are very dirty, but no they are very clean," explains Odunayo

Odunayo also spoke to some of the passengers on the bus asking them why they enter the Molue bus.

"It is cheap and i think its safer," says one passenger

Although the molue buses are phasing out, but you'll still find them in certain places in Lagos.
