Description
English: Human neutrophils stimulated with ΔdnsΔxds mutant (MOI 4). Time-lapse movie in presence of the cell impermeant fluorescent DNA dye Sytox green. Live cell images were taken every 5 minutes, the time is indicated on the upper left. Individual images of representative time points are shown in Fig. 3B.
