Description
English: In part three of VOA’s interview with President Hakainde Hichilema, the new leader speaks about civil liberties in Zambia. Hichilema reflects on his experiences under the former administration and how important it is for the will of the people to be heard. He also says Zambia is "good example" of democratic reform for other African countries to follow.

VOA’s Peter Clottey spoke to the president before his inauguration.
