Description
This is not a street scene in Paris - the picture on the right is the Calle Peru which is in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The other picture would be of Florida Street in Buenos Aires. The photographer was Bourquin V Kohlmann who also took GN04805 -6. (G Brooks) - Microfiche incorrectly titled "Legislative Palace in South America Street Scene in Paris". Re-titled to reflect G Brooks' notes.

Argentina has no "freedom of panorama" provision in its copyright law. At least some think there is de facto freedom of panorama in Argentina regarding buildings:
