Description
English: Time-lapse sequence of MLF axon outgrowth in a bal;Tg(pitx2c:gfp) embryo. Ventral view, anterior to the left, ventral midline is up. The excerpt begins at 17.5 hpf. The movie shows MLF growth cones that maintain physical interactions with other MLF axons once contact is initiated. Images were captured every minute, and the movie runs at ten frames per second.
