Description
English: Time-lapse sequence of MLF axon outgrowth in a TAG1MO injected Tg(pitx2c:gfp) embryo. Ventral view, anterior to the left, ventral midline is up. The excerpt begins at 17 hpf. The movie shows defective axon-axon interactions that precede MLF axon extension into surrounding tissues and alter neuronal polarity. Images were captured every minute, and the movie runs at ten frames per second.
