Description
English: Live Ca2+ imaging in RH-tomato (red) infected RBL cells show reduced response to antigen. RBL cells were loaded with fluo-4 (green) and imaged at a rate of 0.5 Hz. Multivalent antigen (10 ng/ml DNP-BSA) was added when indicated in movie. Movie plays at 12 × speed.
