Description
English: Supplementary Movie 5 Representative time-lapse images of 10 ȝM ISO plus H2O2-treated cardiomyocytes. Cardiomyocytes pre-incubated with 10 ȝM ISO for 12 hours followed by treatment with H2O2 were imaged for 5 hours with 5 minutes intervals using the automated microscope. Most cardiomyocytes were eventually disrupted, but the speed of disruption was similar to the H2O2-only treated group (Fig. 4g).
