Description
English: Supplementary Movie 2 Representative time-lapse images of control cardiomyocytes. Cardiomyocytes were imaged for 5 hours with 5 minutes intervals using an automated microscope (IN Cell Analyzer 1000 HCS system, GE). Most cardiomyocytes maintained their healthy morphological features (rod-shaped cell body and intact sarcomeric structure) although few of them were disrupted (Fig. 4g).
