Description
English: (Related to Fig. 4C). Tilt series of Shigella autophagy in vivo. Cytosolic Shigella are sequestered in autophagosomes in vivo. Zebrafish larvae were infected in the tail muscle with GFP-Shigella for 4 h (medium dose) and fixed for EM. Scale bar, 0.5 µm.
