Description
English: Movie 1. A high-speed confocal time-series of axonemes from a control MCC expressing GPF-IFT20. Note the highly processive, bi-directional traffic. Frames are taken every 0.5 seconds. Playback occurs at 5 frames per second. Scale bar represents 3 ?m.
