Summary[edit]

Description
English: Supplementary Movie 2 Initiation of organoid culture from single cell suspension. Live cell imaging of the formation of spheroids from a fallopian tube epithelial cell suspension seeded in Matrigel over 72 h. Notably, fast growing spheroids arise from tiny cell clusters (asterisks) and not from large aggregates.
