فارسی: حسن صادقی در گفت‌وگو با خبرنگار تسنیم در تبریز، با اشاره به اینکه قطعاً مصوبه شورای عالی کار با سبد هزینه خانوار کارگری متناسب نیست و فاصله بسیار زیادی دارد اظهار داشت: برای سال ۹۷ سبد ۲ میلیون و ۶۸۴ هزار تومان و برای سال ۹۸ سبد ۳ میلیون و ۵۸۰ هزار تومان بود که شکاف بزرگی ناشی از تورم را نشان می‌دهد.

وی با بیان اینکه آنچه مصوب شد، پاسخگوی سبد هزینه یک خانوار کارگری نیست، افزود: به‌جای خود مصوبه قابل دفاعی بود که مصوبه جانداری برای رسیدن به سقف تورم واقعی بود و ۳۶ درصد به حقوق کارگران اضافه شد اما نسبت به سبد طراحی‌شده قابل دفاع نیست. معاون دبیرکل خانه کارگر با تأکید بر اینکه "این فاصله بین معیشت و حقوق را باید با احیای بن کارگری احیا کنیم"، گفت: وزیر کار وعده داده که با احیای مجدد طرح بن کارگری، شکاف بین سبد هزینه و حقوق را کم کند. رئیس اتحادیه پیشکسوتان جامعه کارگری گفت: دولت هم باید گام مؤثر و قابل دفاعی را در جبران این اختلاف بردارد. وی در پاسخ به این سؤال که چقدر معتقد است که قانون کار امسال دوباره باید اصلاح شود، خاطرنشان کرد: اعتقاد دارم که مزد باید مانند تورم شناور باشد، نمی‌شود سنگ مزد را ببندیم و گرگ تورم را آزاد بگذاریم.

صادقی ادامه داد: این پیشنهاد محقق نشد ولی معتقدیم تنها راهکار این است که مزد مانند تورم باید شناور باشد و مزد هم به‌دنبال آن افزایش یابد، این باعث می‌شود تورم هم تا حدودی کنترل شود چراکه تولیدکنندگان و عرضه‌کنندگان تورم را دامن می‌زنند، اگر ببینند که مزد ثابت نیست و به‌دنبال تورم است، از دبل‌سودها چشم‌پوشی می‌کنند و ترازی بین مزد و تورم ایجاد می‌شود
