English: A visible satellite image loop of the remnants of Tropical Storm Philippe from 08:15 UTC to 15:15 UTC 29 October 2017 from sensors on the GOES Floater satellite. At the time, the system was considered by the National Hurricane Center to be a tropical storm, but later analysis of the system by the NHC determined that it had lost tropical characteristics by this time. |
