English: Supplementary Movie 3 MT1-MMP pHluorin exocytosis in 3T3-neu cells. 3T3-neu cells infected with indicated virus were transfected with MT1-MMP pHluorin and plated on plasma clean glass coverslips coated with gelatin for 3h and imaged in DMEM 1% FBS containing 25mM HEPES using a homemade TIRF setup based on a Zeiss Axiovert 200 inverted microscope, equipped with an alpha Plan-Fluar 100x/1.45 NA objective. Images were taken each 100ms for 40 s. Note that TOM1L1 increase the number of high intensity bursts. |
