Description
English: Abnormal locomotion and wing posture in aged TDP-43WT expressing flies. Example of a fly with pan-neural expression of TDP-43WT. Note the lateral “hanging wing” phenotype. Dependent on expression strength and time, TDP-43WT flies lost their ability to fly, had reduced escape behavior (even if pushed with a brush) and were not able to reach an upright position after being placed dorsal side down in a reasonable time.
