DescriptionSzentháromság Platz 8, Relief, 2021 Csongrád.jpg	English: Cultural Centre/House of Culture. Built to Hungarian King Hotel (with ten rooms) by csongrád City Savings, in Neo-Renaissence style. Architect: József Ullrein. Contractor: stonemaster/building master Jószef Pozsár (from Csongrád). Balls were held in the main hall, several times a year by travelling actors, and before 1912 it was used by travelling cinemas. The csongrád casino had a place in the building for 50 years. Since 1919 it has been electric lighting. There was a garden in the courtyard for guests. In the 1930s, a chimney fire caused the great hall to burn down. After World War II, it was the headquarters of the Social Democratic Party. Later OTP Bank property. In 1954 remodelled to Kossuth Cultural Centre. Károly Csemegi by Béla Tóth (1982 bronze relief) and a plaque (2020) on west facade - 8 Szentháromság Square, Csemegi Károly Street corner, Csongrád, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.
