Description
English: Molecular dynamics simulation of β-N-hexosaminidase with bound chitobiose. The movie shows 1 ns of simulation of the equilibrated structure with chitobiose docked into the active site (non-reducing sugar: green; reducing sugar: white). Additionally, the catalytic amino acid Glu346 and amino acids Asp345 (pink) and Trp482 (orange) are shown as stick models. The disulfide bridge connecting the large flexible loop (magenta) is shown in yellow.
