Description
English: False-color fluorescent image showing P . aeruginosa colonies in 20 m diameter wells after 24 hrs of growth. The movie is shown in real-time playback and was recorded under the same camera settings as in S3 Video but with reduced gain to avoid saturation of the fluorescent signal in the wells due to the higher cell densities.
