English: : 'Takarékpalota' (lit. Savings Palace or Savings Bank Palace) and Statue of the founders of the city by Benedek Nagy (2001 Bronze). - Currently an office building, but an OTP branch and flats and shops also located here. It was built in late Eclectic style in 1912 according to József Hubert's plans. - 1 Rákóczi Street, Nyíregyháza, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County, Hungary. Magyar: : Takarékpalota, védett műemlék, azonosító 8371 (törzsszám 9232) Az épületszárnyak egy háromszög és egy téglalap alaprajzú udvart zárnak közre. Két emeletes, manzárdtetős, palafedésű épület, a tetőn bádog padlásszellőzők. ' Rákóczi utcai, nyugati homlokzat részlet és a Városalapító atyák szobra (gróf Károlyi Ferencet, Nyíregyháza újratelepítő földesúr 1753-ban átadja a telepítés pátensét Petrikovics János szarvasi csizmadiamesternek) . Bronz szobor ukrajnai vörösgránit talapzaton. A talapzat alatt nagyméretű, vágott felületű tardosi vörösmárvány tömbön a város korabeli térképjelzése látható.
