Description
English: ISVs sprouting in control embryos. Time-lapse movie. Lateral view of the trunk region, anterior to the left. Tg(fli1:EGFP) line was used. Movie starts at 28 hpf (0:00) and ends at 36 hpf (8:00). Dorsal extensions of ISVs send out filopodial protusions that upon contact to neighbouring ISVs remain connected. Filopodial activity decreases progresively and ceases just before lumen formation.
