Summary[edit]

Description
English: Spontaneous and EFS induced Ca2+ signals in PVCs. The video shows spontaneous Ca2+ signaling in Oregon-Green BAPTA-1 loaded PVCs. The spontaneous Ca2+ waves either stay intracellular or travel through several PVCs. In response to EFS a simultaneous whole cell Ca2+ increase is seen in all PVCs. The spontaneous activity continues in-between the EFS pulses. Image acquisition rate 30 frames per second.
