Description
English: Z stack from wild-type zebrafish testis 3 weeks after SSC transplantation. SSCs were able to colonize recipient testis and differentiate into daughter cells committed with the spermatogenic process. Donor-derived cysts at different stages of zebrafish spermatogenesis were found in recipient seminiferous epithelium.
