Description
English: Sonic Hedgehog treatment. E13 Tau-GFP cortical cells treated with SHH and infected with retroviruses carrying the gene for RFP. Note the massive increase in numbers of RFP cells as compared to control (Movie 1). Notice also the slight decrease in the number of Tau-GFP cells after day 3.
