4to. XVI pp, 295 pp. Contemporary velum. Ex-libris of the Capuchins of Rieti (?). Sole edition. Intended to address topics encountered in a nun’s daily life, ranging from ‘tepidity’ to chastity, the virtues of manual labor and handicrafts, and the education of young girls. The final sermon describes the ‘renewal of vows’ ceremony undertaken by the nuns in the Monastery of the Visitation at Pinerlo, so the work would appear to have been composed specifically for them (as reflected in the dedication)
