English: LIBI_00019_00182; This item is an original black and white photograph of Sergeant John Martini, trumpeter, in full dress uniform and hat. The three-quarter view photograph is 3 1/2 x 6" mounted in a light gray cardboard holder with flap. The photograph was taken circa 1895 by David F. Barry at Fort Lincoln, D.T. A notation embossed on the middle right edge reads, "Copyrighted by D.F. Barry." "Barry Photo" is handwritten on the image.
