Description
English: Diagram of a straight tube heat exchanger:
  • red: primary circuit (hot fluid);
  • blue: secondary circuit (cold fluid);
  1. dispersion plate;
  2. baffles;
  3. support of the tube hat.
The dispersion plate allows a more homogeneous circulation and avoids erosion of the tube. The baffles and the tube hat is not fixed to allow its movement due to dilatation.
Français : Schéma d'un échangeur de chaleur à tubes rectilignes :
  • rouge : circuit primaire (fluide chaud) ;
  • bleu : circuit secondaire (fluide froid) ;
  1. plaque de dispersion ;
  2. chicanes ;
  3. support du chapeau de tubes.
La plaque de dispersion permet d'avoir une circulation plus homogène, et évite l'érosion des tubes. Les chicanes et le chapeau de tubes ne sont pas fixés ce qui permet leur déplacement sous l'effet de la dilatation des tubes.
