Description
Português: O programa STJ Notícias, que vai ao ar na TV Justiça nesta segunda-feira (27), elenca a decisão monocrática do ministro Rogerio Schietti Cruz de negar o pedido de liberdade de um dos policiais rodoviários federais envolvidos na morte de Genivaldo de Jesus Santos, em Umbaúba (SE). O agente é acusado de abuso de autoridade, tortura e homicídio qualificado no caso que ficou conhecido como a “câmara de gás improvisada”.

O programa também aborda o julgamento da Terceira Turma em que os ministros decidiram não ser possível nomear médica como curadora de paciente da clínica psiquiátrica onde ela trabalhou.

Outro entendimento do colegiado da Terceira Turma destacado nesta edição preceitua que a empresa estipulante do contrato de seguro de vida coletivo tem legitimidade para ajuizar ação contra a seguradora em defesa do cumprimento das obrigações pactuadas.
