Description
Português: O programa STJ Notícias, que vai ao ar na TV Justiça nesta segunda-feira (15), destaca o julgamento em que a Terceira Seção do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ) mandou soltar um porteiro acusado em 62 processos devido a falha grave em reconhecimento fotográfico. Ele foi absolvido da acusação de roubo em um dos processos e também houve a determinação para que o juízo ou o tribunal de origem avalie se a situação tratada nos autos é a mesma examinada pelo STJ no caso que levou à absolvição.

Outra decisão abordada é a do ministro Francisco Falcão, que indeferiu o pedido de Ricardo Falco, amigo do jogador Robinho, para que o governo da Itália fosse intimado a fornecer cópia integral traduzida do processo que levou à condenação dos dois à pena de nove anos de prisão pelo crime de estupro naquele país.

O programa traz, ainda, a decisão do ministro Rogerio Schietti Cruz que, ao cassar liminar que impedia o cumprimento provisório da pena, permitiu a prisão de médico Álvaro Ianhez, condenado em caso conhecido como a Máfia dos Transplantes.
