Português: O programa STJ Notícias, que vai ao ar na TV Justiça nesta segunda-feira (03), aborda a decisão em que o vice-presidente do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ), ministro Og Fernandes, encaminhou ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) o inquérito sigiloso instaurado para investigar possíveis crimes na contratação direta, pelo Consórcio Interestadual de Desenvolvimento Sustentável do Nordeste (Consórcio Nordeste), de uma empresa supostamente sem qualificação técnica para fornecer 300 ventiladores hospitalares que auxiliariam no combate à pandemia da Covid-19, no valor de R$ 49,5 milhões.

Em outra determinação monocrática destacada, o ministro Og Fernandes inadmitiu o recurso extraordinário do Ministério Público Federal (MPF) contra a decisão que concedeu habeas corpus a Monique Medeiros, acusada da morte de seu filho, Henry Borel, para que ela pudesse aguardar o julgamento em liberdade. . O programa também registra o julgamento em que a​ Segunda Turma rejeitou recurso de um Conselho Regional de Medicina (CRM) que buscava afastar a sua responsabilização solidária pelo pagamento da indenização obtida judicialmente por uma mulher que, na adolescência, sofreu abuso sexual cometido por um médico.  .
