Description
English: Venus-SNX16 and mRFP-RAB7 colocalize on late endosomes. HeLa cells co-expressing Venus-SNX16 (green) and mRFP-RAB7 (red) were analyzed by fluorescence video microscopy. Shown is a detail in the cell periphery. Yellow color in the merged panel (right) indicates colocalization in peripheral late endosomes. Image acquisition was at a frame rate of 1 fps for 30 sec.
