Description
English: 3D rendering of spheroids imaged using a light-sheet microscope. The N-cadherin-Venus-WT and the mutant spheroids were imaged using the mDSLM from 12 different angles, which were combined post-hoc in Amira (FEI Visualization Sciences Group). A volume rendering was used for visualization of the 3D spheroid.
