English: RhoE gt/gt mice are smaller and show an abnormal hindlimb position. Recording showing one PD7 RhoE gt/gt mouse (left on the screen) with one wild type littermate. The RhoE gt/gt mouse shows an abnormal position of the hindlimbs due to the absence of the common peroneal nerve, with the characteristic foot drop and narrowing of the toe spread, and uncoordinated movements. Note that the RhoE gt/gt mouse is much smaller that the wild type. |
