Português: Em sua primeira decisão como relator do pedido de homologação da sentença que condenou o jogador Robinho a nove anos de reclusão pelo crime de estupro na Itália, o ministro do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ) Francisco Falcão negou o pedido da defesa para que o governo italiano fosse intimado a fornecer cópia integral traduzida do processo.
Ao indeferir o pedido, o ministro determinou, com urgência, que o jogador seja intimado a apresentar contestação ao pedido de homologação, e reabriu o prazo de 15 dias para o ato. A homologação da sentença foi requerida pela Itália para que a pena possa ser cumprida no Brasil.
