Українська: Огірок (Cucumis sativus L.), регенерований в асептичних умовах in vitro з експлантів з апікальної меристеми пагона на поживному середовищі Мурашиге-Скуга половинного складу. У біотехнології рослин цей підхід застосовується для мікроклонального розмноження значних кількостей рослинного матеріалу. Зображення отримано за допомогою системи Axio Zoom.V16 Stereo Zoom (Carl Zeiss, Німеччина) з об'єктивом PlanApo Z 1,5x, FWD = 30 мм). Масштаб зображення: 2 см.
English: Aseptic in vitro cultivated plantlets of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) regenerated from shoot apical meristem explants on half-strength Murashige-Scoog medium. In plant biotechnology this approach is used for a large-scale micropropagation of plant material. Image was captured using Axio Zoom.V16 Stereo Zoom system (Carl Zeiss, Germany) in bright field illumination (objective lenses PlanApo Z 1.5x, FWD = 30mm). Scale bar: 2 cm.
