Description
English: Movie 2. Acetylcholine induced a sustained increase in intracellular calcium in mouse artery ex vivo. Differential interference contrast (left) and fluorescence (right) movies were captured simultaneously at 1 frame per second. Number indicates time in second. Color bar indicates pseudocolor range where purple and white represent lowest and highest intracellular calcium levels, respectively.
