Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Contour maps for groundwater contaminants at the Raymark Industries Superfund site, Stratford, Connecticut. Manufacturing of automobile brake products (under the brand name "Raybestos") took place between 1919 and 1989. US EPA began site cleanup operations in 1993 and designated Raymark as a Superfund site in 1995. These maps show the concentrations of trichloroethene in groundwater, measured during two time periods, 2002-3 and 2009-10, for Operational Unit 2 (OU2), which comprises the principal manufacturing areas.
