Description
English: Projection dynamics in a Rac1 VE-deleted embryo. Video S13 shows the cell pseudocolored in pink in Video S11, which is located at the distal end of the Rac1 VE-deleted embryo. It was tracked for 1 h 50 min in individual confocal sections from each time point. Frames were aligned using the center of the cell body as a reference point. The cell details were pseudocolored to highlight the dynamics of projections.
