Description
English: Projections on trailing cells are located basally. Video S5 shows a detail from Video S1. A cell initially located at the distal end of the embryo was tracked for 3 h 50 min in individual confocal sections from each time point. Frames were aligned using the center of the cell body as a reference point. The cell was pseudocolored to highlight the dynamics of projections.
